Run don't walk from this Dentist. I was warned by a hygienist at a other dentist office. Those were her exact words! While at a Dr appt I was asking for referrals due to me missing 4 front teeth that I paid him over $10,000 for and he won't give me my permanent ones! The Dr told me she has heard quite a few people complain about him! Let's not even talk about the HIPAA violation I am filing against him. My friend was moving his office from Johnson City over to Riverside drive and I helped him a few times due to his pending divorce in bankruptcy he called my friend and asked him to call me to give him more money on a bill that I've already given him over 10,000 why would I owe any money I have no teeth! Please pray for me I'm going to take this to court to see if I can get my money back!

In the short time I’ve known Dr Farrell and his staff, I’ve whole heartedly gained so much respect and trust in them. Not only are they good at what they do and how they do it, but they make you feel like you’re part of the family. My fiancé has struggled with his teeth most of his life and actually got the wrong work done on his mouth, he got his brothers work done so his trust in dentists flew out the window that day. On Tuesday, was his first official appointment to start the work he desperately needs, and that day was the first time he ever let me look in his mouth. I was so impressed with the quality of work that Dr Farrell did and my fiancé would not stop talking about his great experience. I wish I could hug Dr Farrell myself if we didn’t have a pandemic. We still have a long road in head of us but it’s an adventure we are happy to be apart of with him and his amazing staff. I wish there was some way I could express my gratitude besides a review but no words can explain how genuine it is.

I am so happy that I went to Dr Farrell! I had a tooth that I lost about 3/4 of and Dr Farrell explained what he thought would be my best option and provided all the financial info so I could make a well informed decision! He did the procedure and I am thrilled with the outcome!! He staff is so nice and helpful. Wonderful experience!!!

Dr Farrell totally changed my teeth around with Invisilign, which made me feel 10 times more beautiful!! If you’re hesitant about it, don’t be- just GO for it!! One of my best investments ever made. A gorgeous smile never goes out of style and he makes it very simple.
